Waitlist Terms

Agreement to these terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Offerroom, a pre-launch career service operated by Ritwik Agrawal ("we", "us"). When you submit the form and check the box to accept, you ask to join the Offerroom pre-launch waitlist and you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join the waitlist. Joining does not create an account, a subscription, or any paid relationship, and no payment is required.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to join. Please give accurate, current information so we can reach you and prioritize fairly. You agree not to submit information that is false, that belongs to someone else, or that impersonates another person.

No guarantee of access, timing, pricing, or features

We onboard in small waves and decide who to invite, and when, at our discretion. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will be admitted, a particular invitation date, any specific price, or any specific feature. Anything we say before launch about the product, its features, pricing, timing, or availability is a current plan only and may change.

Communications

We will email you about your waitlist spot and the launch. If you opted in to product updates, we will also send those, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit signups in bulk or by automated means;
• use false or disposable identities to gain priority;
• interfere with, disrupt, or probe the site or its security;
• or use the site or waitlist for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

We may remove, refuse, or reorder any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or abusive, and we may discontinue the waitlist at any time.

Our content and brand

The site, the name "Offerroom", our logo, and the content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We do not grant you any right to use them, and you agree not to copy, scrape, or republish the site or its content except as the law allows.

No warranties

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the waitlist or the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the waitlist will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Because the waitlist is free, this reflects a fair allocation of risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You are responsible for your use of the site and the information you provide. To the extent the law permits, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms before launch. When we do, we will change the version above. Staying on the waitlist after a change means the current version applies to you. The version in force when you joined is recorded with your signup.

Termination

We may remove you from the waitlist, or end the waitlist, at any time and for any reason, including if you breach these terms. The sections that by their nature should survive (for example our content and brand, no warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@offerroom.io so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts located in India, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your waitlist entry to anyone else; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us about the waitlist. Questions: hello@offerroom.io.
